What is real estate photo software?
Real estate photo software is a specialized editing tool for photos of properties for sale or rent. Unlike general editing software, it doesn't offer hundreds of settings: it directly applies the treatments expected in a listing, such as furnishing an empty room, decluttering, straightening perspectives, or replacing a gray sky.

Each treatment starts from a real photo of the property. The software does not create an imaginary interior: it works with the existing space, its volumes, and openings.

Do I need to know how to edit a photo?
No. You import the photo, choose the desired treatment, and download the result. No technical adjustments are necessary, and you can restart a treatment if the result doesn't meet your expectations.
Is there a free version?
Registration is free and includes free photos to test treatments on your own properties, without a credit card. Beyond that, usage continues with a monthly subscription.
What photo formats are accepted?
Common formats from cameras and smartphones are supported, including HEIC from iPhones. The original file is kept in full resolution; compression only occurs upon download, depending on the chosen destination.
Are processed photos usable in my listings?
Yes. The produced images belong to you and can be published on portals, your website, and your social networks. To remain transparent with buyers, mention that a photo has undergone virtual home staging when the arrangement has been added.
