Yes, you can change your subscription at any time to suit your needs.

What is a credit?

A credit represents the use of a service on IACrea. Each service deducts a specified number of credits, shown before each action.

What happens if I use up all my credits?

You will be able to purchase additional credits or wait for your subscription to renew.

Are unused credits carried over?

Yes, as long as your subscription remains active, you can accumulate unused credits from month to month, up to three times your monthly maximum.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, all our prices are transparent. No hidden, cancellation, or activation fees. You only pay what is shown.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account. No commitment, immediate cancellation, and no fees.

Are the prices inclusive of VAT?

No, all our prices are shown excluding VAT (Value Added Tax). VAT will be added according to your country of residence at the time of billing.

Can I have an invoice for my accounting?

Yes, all your payments will result in an invoice that you can download.

Which social networks are supported?

Currently, Facebook, Google Business, LinkedIn, and Instagram. We will add other social networks soon.

What is the 2D Floor Plan option?

The Plan 2D add-on allows you to create 2D floor plans by scanning your properties through the IACrea mobile app (LiDAR scan, iPhone Pro). It can be added to your subscription for €10 per add-on per month (one month free with an annual plan). Each add-on covers one license: in the Agency plan, you choose how many add-ons you subscribe to, then designate the team members who benefit from it in your Team space. The add-on can be activated, adjusted, or canceled at any time, and your already created plans remain viewable, editable, and exportable even without the add-on.
