iacrea.com is a product developed by IACrea SAS (hereinafter "the Company," "we," "our," or "us"). We take the confidentiality of your personal data very seriously. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we collect, use, and share your information. By accessing or using our service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy and consent to our collecting, using, and sharing your information as described below.
We collect personal information when it is necessary to provide our services or to comply with our legal obligations.
We use your personal data for the following purposes: Providing the service: Enabling you to generate images through our platform. Improving our service: We use your images and usage data to enhance our artificial intelligence algorithm and our services. Communication: Informing you about new features, updates, or technical issues. Managing advertising campaigns: If you use the automated lead generation module, we use your data (photos, property information) to create and run ads, and collect contact details of interested parties to share with you. We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds: your explicit consent, the fulfillment of the contract between you and the Company, or the Company's legitimate interest in improving its services. If you choose to use the social media post sharing service (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), we only access the information necessary to publish or schedule your content (e.g., access token). You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at: contact@iacrea.com.
When you use our service to post on Google Business, we collect and use certain Google user data through the Google OAuth 2.0 API: access and refresh tokens, profile information (name, email) if you share it, and your Google Business account IDs. We use this data ONLY to provide and improve the Google Business posting feature. We do NOT use it for targeted advertising, selling to third parties, or credit assessment. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your Google data. We only share it with our technical providers (hosting, infrastructure) who are bound by strict confidentiality obligations, and with Google via the API to perform the requested features. We protect your Google data with encryption in transit and at rest, secure token storage, and restricted access for authorized personnel only. We retain this data only as long as necessary to provide the service or fulfill our legal obligations. You can revoke access, request deletion (contact@iacrea.com), or delete your account at any time. Your data will be securely deleted when the retention period ends or upon your request.
Service providers: We use external service providers for essential platform features such as hosting, authentication, and image and video processing. These providers only have access to the data strictly necessary to perform their services, and they are bound by confidentiality and security obligations. Payments: Payments are handled by our partner Stripe, which collects and processes your billing information in order to complete the transaction. Connected social networks: If you choose to link your social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc., certain data (like your scheduled posts or API access token) will be shared with these platforms to enable the publishing feature. No additional data will be shared without your consent. Automated lead generation module: If you use this module, we run ads on Facebook from our page. When someone expresses interest in a property via these ads, we collect their contact details and forward them to the Client who created the campaign. This data is shared only as part of the service provided and to allow the Client to contact interested individuals. The Client is responsible for any further processing of this personal data and must comply with applicable regulations, including GDPR. Legal obligations: We may be required to disclose your information if required by law or in order to protect our legal rights.
We take every precaution to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data. The information you provide is stored and protected on secure servers. We use the images you submit not only to deliver the requested service, but also to enhance the performance of our artificial intelligence. This data is used strictly within our company to train our AI models and is never sold or shared for commercial purposes without your consent.
Your personal data and images are stored on secure servers. We keep your information only as long as necessary to provide our services or to meet legal obligations. Completed projects are available for 90 days in your project history and can be deleted sooner if you exercise your right to erasure. Regarding Google user data, we retain your access tokens and Google Business account information only as long as needed to provide Google Business publishing features. You may revoke access or request deletion of this data at any time. When the retention period ends or you request deletion, we will securely delete or destroy your Google user data.
You have rights regarding your personal data, including: Right of access: You can request a copy of the information we hold about you. Right to rectification: You can correct any inaccurate or incomplete information. Right to erasure: You may request the deletion of your data, subject to legal requirements. Right to data portability: You can request the transfer of your data to another service provider in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. Right to object: You may object to the use of your data for specific purposes, such as marketing. To exercise your rights, please contact us at: contact@iacrea.com.
