These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between the company IACrea SAS (hereinafter “the Seller”), which operates the website iacrea.com (hereinafter “the Website”), and any natural or legal person who wishes to acquire services or products offered on the Website (hereinafter “the Customer”). The GTC define the conditions under which the Customer can subscribe to one or more modules and purchase credits to generate photos or videos, or to schedule content via the Website. Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
The Website offers various modules, which can be subscribed to separately or combined, enabling the Client to use AI-powered tools to create real estate content: - Module "Photo": allows the use of credits to edit or generate images from photos uploaded by the Client. - Module "Video": turns photos into video clips using artificial intelligence. - Module "Social Media": enables planning, scheduling, and publishing content to social networks, and provides access to customizable graphic templates. - Module "Automated Advertising Campaigns": enables the creation and distribution of ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) to promote properties more easily. Ads are delivered from a Facebook page owned by IACrea SAS. This module provides a tool for advertising on Meta, which may (but is not guaranteed to) generate seller and buyer leads. No guarantee of lead generation is offered. Each monthly subscription includes a set number of credits. Credits can be used only while the corresponding subscription is active. The Client can add or remove modules at any time from their account dashboard.
All prices are exclusive of taxes. Applicable taxes will be added to the final price during checkout according to current legislation. The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, but services will be billed based on the rate in effect at the time of ordering or subscription renewal. Any price change will be communicated to the customer before the next renewal of the subscription.
The order is placed directly online on the website after creating an account. The customer undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information. By confirming their order, they accept all of these terms and conditions. Every order is final and cannot be canceled unless otherwise provided by law.
Payment is due at the time of order. It is made online by credit card or by any other payment method offered by the seller, particularly via Stripe. For monthly subscriptions, the customer agrees that the seller will automatically collect the corresponding amount on the anniversary of the contract date until the subscription is canceled. The customer is responsible for keeping their payment information up to date. In the event of a failed collection, the seller reserves the right to suspend access to the services until payment is made.
Credits and modules are activated immediately after payment is confirmed by the payment provider (Stripe). Credits are valid only while the corresponding subscription is active. If credits run out, the Client can purchase additional units. Unused credits will expire if the subscription is cancelled or suspended, and cannot be refunded or transferred. A high number of credits is provided to compensate for any potential errors in the results generated by artificial intelligence. No refunds will be issued if results are deemed unsatisfactory.
Subscriptions are monthly, auto-renewing, and can be canceled at any time from the Client’s personal account area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for any period already started. Upon cancellation or deactivation of a module: - Unused credits associated with that module immediately become invalid. - For the "Social Media" module, access to features (scheduling, publishing, templates) is interrupted at the end of the subscription period, and posts scheduled beyond that date will not be sent. - IACrea SAS reserves the right to delete projects, data, and content associated with the Client’s account after the subscription is canceled.
According to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the services offered are digital services that are provided immediately after payment. The customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal by activating their subscription or credits. No refunds will be given, even in the case of unsatisfactory results, errors generated by artificial intelligence, or interruption of service due to subscription cancellation. Consumed credits cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Artificial intelligence is based on probabilistic models, so results may vary. The Seller does not guarantee any specific outcome, as the quality of the renderings may differ depending on use cases, input data, and the models used. A high number of monthly credits is intentionally offered to allow for multiple attempts, but there is no guarantee of results and no refunds will be provided for unsatisfactory renderings. The Seller cannot be held responsible for how the Client uses the generated content, including for public, commercial, or promotional distribution. The Client is solely responsible for ensuring their content complies with applicable laws and regulations.
The content of the website (source codes, texts, graphics, videos, trademarks, etc.) is the exclusive property of IACrea SAS. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited. The images, videos, and content generated by the customer belong exclusively to them. The customer guarantees that they have the required rights to the files they provide and have obtained the necessary permissions for their use. The customer allows IACrea, non-exclusively and without compensation, to use the generated images and content for the purpose of improving its artificial intelligence models and services.
The seller cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages related to the use of the website or services. The customer is solely responsible for the images and videos they create and their use, particularly with regard to copyrights, trademarks, or personal rights. The results generated by artificial intelligence may vary, and the seller provides no guarantee that they will meet the customer’s expectations.
The personal data collected is processed in accordance with the website's privacy policy, which is accessible at any time. This data is used exclusively for account management, billing, and the improvement of the service.
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of disputes, the parties will attempt to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent courts will be those at the registered office of IACrea SAS, unless mandatory legal provisions stipulate otherwise.

The automated advertising campaign module allows the Client to create ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) to promote real estate listings. Ads are served from a Facebook page owned by IACrea SAS. This module provides a tool for advertising on Meta, which may (but is not guaranteed to) generate seller and buyer leads. No guarantee of lead generation is provided. Client commitments: By using this module, the Client expressly represents and warrants that: - They own the photos and content used for the ad campaigns, or hold all rights necessary for their use in this context. - They have a valid, active listing agreement for the property that is the subject of the ad campaign. - They agree that IACrea SAS will run ads for the relevant property on social networks, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), from its own page. - They agree that IACrea SAS will receive and forward to them the contact details of individuals who expressed interest in the property through the ads, if such contacts are generated. Cost and credit usage: Each ad campaign consumes a certain number of credits, which varies based on the parameters chosen by the Client (ad budget, campaign duration, geographic targeting area, etc.). The number of credits required is shown to the Client before the campaign is confirmed. Credits are deducted immediately when the campaign is created and launched. Contact delivery: If contacts are generated through the ad campaigns, IACrea SAS undertakes to forward to the Client, as soon as possible, the contact details of people who expressed interest in the property via the ads. The Client is solely responsible for the use of this information and must comply with applicable regulations on direct marketing, including the GDPR and the French Law on Confidence in the Digital Economy. Liability: The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that ad content complies with applicable laws, including real estate advertising, personal data protection, and third-party rights. IACrea SAS cannot be held liable for consequences related to the use of the transmitted contact details, the distribution of the ads, or the results obtained (number of contacts, quality of contacts, etc.). No guarantee of results is offered regarding the effectiveness of ad campaigns or the generation of leads. Termination: If the module or subscription is terminated, ongoing campaigns may be interrupted. Credits already consumed are non-refundable.
