Your property photos are regularly reused without permission: by competing portals, third-party agencies, sometimes by fake rental scams that republish your visuals. A discreet watermark with the agency's logo deters reuse, signs your work and strengthens your brand's visibility on portals, social media and PDF files.
A good watermark is visible without degrading the photo: placed in a corner, at 15-20% of the image width and around 70% opacity, it protects without drawing attention away from the property. Avoid full-page centred watermarks on listing photos: portals may reject them and buyers are put off by them.
If you are an IACrea customer, your logo can also be applied automatically to every enhanced photo download — the manual watermark remains useful for photos that do not go through AI enhancement.

The watermark is merged into the image's pixels: it cannot be "switched off". A crop that excludes the logo's corner will however remove it — for maximum protection, some professionals place the logo in the centre at low opacity.
