Photos from recent smartphones commonly weigh 4 to 10 MB — beyond what most real estate listing portals accept or display efficiently. A file that's too heavy slows down how the listing loads, which hurts the experience for buyers on mobile, and some portals reject images above a certain size or in the iPhone HEIC format.
This tool first resizes the photo to useful dimensions, then adjusts JPEG compression through an automatic search until it hits the target file size — without dropping below the visible quality threshold. The result: sharp photos that go through on the first try, with no back-and-forth in an editing program.
